Our 4-5 session comprehensive ADHD assessment is ideal for clients who need a detailed evaluation, formal documentation, and recommendations for school, work, or medical providers. Depending on individual needs, this assessment is typically completed over 4-5 sessions.
This assessment includes:
-Multiple behavioral screeners completed by the client and important people in their life.
-Virtual behavioral and cognitive assessments
-A diagnostic assessment with a licensed counselor
-ADHD diagnosis when appropriate
-Personalized non-medical intervention suggestions
-An accommodation recommendation written for work or school
-A full report with scores and medication recommendations for prescribers.
Cost: $510-$610, including scoring fees, depending on the time required to complete the assessment. Insurance may cover part of this service.

Important: The second testing session of this assessment requires access to a computer and mouse/mouse pad.

Our 2 session ADHD assessment is a shorter option for clients seeking diagnostic clarity and practical recommendations for managing ADHD symptoms.
This assessment includes:
-Multiple behavioral screeners completed by the client and important people in their life.
-A diagnostic Assessment with a licensed counselor
-ADHD diagnosis when appropriate
-Personalized non-medical intervention suggestions
-A report with scores from the behavioral index assessments
Cost: $210-$260, including scoring fees, depending on the time required to complete the assessment. Insurance may cover part of this service.

MOXO: computerized assessment measuring attention, timeliness, impulsivity and hyperactivity across differently types of visual and auditory distractions
Amen: self report and observer report of inattention and hyperactivity symptoms among others
CAARS: a second self report and observer report of inattention and hyperactivity symptoms among others to cross compare
Brown: assessment of executive functioning
