Allie Dennis, SWT

Hi there! I’m a social Work Trainee (SWT) with both personal and professional experience supporting individuals with sensory processing differences, neurodivergence, and a wide range of emotional and practical needs. Over the past five years in social services, I have helped individuals work toward their goals using narrative therapy techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills in a compassionate, person-centered way.

I am especially passionate about creating supportive spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued for their unique perspectives. I enjoy facilitating conversations that build self-awareness, highlight individual strengths, and encourage meaningful connection. I believe storytelling can be a powerful tool for healing, growth, and community-building, especially for those who may feel disconnected or misunderstood.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hiking, spending time in nature, and exploring art and creative expression. I often bring creativity, humor, and authenticity into the way I connect with others - whether that is through thoughtful conversation, engaging activities, or even the occasional cat meme.

My goal is to help create a space where healing stories can begin, connection can grow, and each person feels empowered to be fully themselves. Thank you for being here.
