4-Session Comprehensive ADHD Assessment with accommodation letter and full report for clients Ages 6+:
-Use of multiple behavioral screeners completed by the client and other important people in their lives
-Virtual behavioral and cognitive assessments
-Diagnostic Assessment with a licensed counselor
-Diagnosis
-Non-medical intervention suggestions
-Accommodation recommendation written for work or school
-Full report with scores and medication recommendations for prescribers.
This assessment with the scoring fee is between $450-$510 depending on the length of time that it takes to complete the assessment. Insurance may cover this service in part. *After you complete the intake forms, our team will verify your insurance and email a good faith estimate before reaching out for scheduling.
*The second session of this four session assessment requires access to a computer and mouse/mouse pad.
