We start by describing how to set the stage for avoiding failure with intentional mindsets, then we describe the steps of goal making that help to clearly organize and identify important parts in the process. We end on the topic of progress, including how to keep an awareness of it and feel as though you have reached a real place of reward and benefit as a result of all the work you put into those goals.
